The NFW Challenge 2012:   328 / 350 Adoptions

In celebration of Veteran’s Day, the Neighborhood Friend of the Week would like to salute the men, women, and furry Friends who have served and continue to serve our country.  Thank you for all you do to defend our freedoms and preserve our rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  We hope you all find it home to the families who love you.  And for anyone who wants to add some furry love to your home, we have got you covered.

Banjo is playing your tune.  Now you just have to let it fill your heart.  Banjo was rescued as a stray in southern Ohio and was pulled from the pound just in time.  Because of what he has been through, Banjo starts out shy, but there is no doubt that he loves to be around people.  All he wants is to snuggle up to you and be as close to you as possible.  Banjo especially loves children and they seem to be his favorite.  This adorable guy is a very smart dog and will be a great addition to any home where he can be your sole canine companion.
